Terms of Service

By creating an account or using StaySet, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use StaySet.

StaySet is a cleaning management and communication platform for short-term rental hosts and their cleaning teams. StaySet is not a cleaning company, employer, staffing agency, payment processor for cleaners, property manager, escrow service, or insurance provider.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, truthful information when registering.

Hosts create properties, schedule cleanings, and approve completed work. Cleaners accept or decline tasks, follow checklists, and upload proof photos. Any work arrangement and payment terms between a host and a cleaner are solely between those parties; StaySet only records and displays the information they choose to enter.

StaySet charges per active property: US$5.99 per month or US$59.99 per year, per property. The 7-day free trial requires a card on file, but no charge is made until the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand. Charges are processed by Stripe. You authorize StaySet to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing dashboard. Access remains available through the end of the period you already paid for. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to use StaySet for any illegal activity, to upload content you do not have the right to share, or to attempt to bypass the platform's security.

You retain ownership of the content you submit, including proof photos. You grant StaySet a limited license to store and display that content to the parties involved in the relevant operation.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. StaySet does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StaySet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for payment disputes between hosts and cleaners.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of StaySet after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
