This policy explains how StaySet collects, uses, and protects your data.

We collect account information (name, email, phone), property data, task and checklist data, proof photos uploaded by cleaners, and billing information processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.

We use this information to operate the service, process billing, send transactional notifications, and improve the product.

We use Supabase (database and storage), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email). These providers process data on our behalf.

Proof photos are stored privately and are visible only to the parties involved in that specific operation.

We use essential cookies for authentication and core app functionality.

Depending on your location (including CCPA/CPRA in the United States and LGPD in Brazil), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the address below.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as required by law.

StaySet is not intended for users under 18 years of age.

We may update this Policy from time to time and will notify you of material changes.
